About the Role
A Dubai-based furniture manufacturing company is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth in the UAE and GCC. The role involves developing new business, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE furniture, interior, hospitality, retail, and corporate sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, interior designers, consultants, architects, retailers, and corporate clients
- Promote the company’s furniture manufacturing capabilities, custom made products, and project solutions
- Meet potential clients, understand project requirements, and prepare suitable product/service proposals
- Coordinate with the factory team in China and local management in Dubai regarding pricing, production timelines, and delivery schedules
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to close sales successfully
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects to ensure strong conversion and customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities
- Attend exhibitions, trade events, and networking meetings to promote the company’s products and services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of sales experience in furniture, joinery, fit out, interior products, or manufacturing industry in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE market
- Existing network with interior designers, contractors, project managers, architects, hotels, offices, and furniture buyers is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and quotation preparation
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
- UAE driving license is preferred
