Velless FZE is seeking a motivated Sales Executive for freight forwarding in Dubai. This hunter role focuses on winning new B2B business across air, sea, road freight, and project cargo.

Responsibilities
- Generate and close new B2B freight and logistics opportunities.
- Develop solutions across air, sea, road freight, and project cargo.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial agreements.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
- Build long term client relationships through regular follow ups and meetings.
- Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities within accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UAE freight forwarding or logistics sales experience
- Proven success in acquiring and handling corporate accounts
- Existing client base or active network in the UAE logistics/trade sector preferred
- Knowledge of air, sea, and road freight services
- Understanding of UAE import/export procedures and customs regulations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
- Self driven, target oriented mindset

About Company
- Velless FZE is a Dubai based freight forwarding company seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive new business growth across the UAE and international markets.
- This is a hunter focused role for someone confident in building and managing B2B client relationships.
- Candidates with an existing network of importers, exporters, manufacturers, traders, or logistics clients in the UAE or CIS region will have a strong advantage.
- You will focus on winning new business while our operations team manages shipment execution.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop solutions across air, sea, road freight, and project cargo

- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets

Compensation & Benefits
- Uncapped commission structure based on gross profit
- Expected monthly earnings for strong performers: AED 15,000+ per month
- 5 day work week with flexibility for client meetings
- Field based role with office support from JAFZA
- Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
