Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding across air, sea, road, and project cargo services
- Manage the full sales cycle: prepare and present quotations, negotiate rates and contracts, and close deals
- Cold call, maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, and coordinate with operations and customer service teams
- Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, maintain accurate sales reports
- Represent the company at industry events or client meetings as required
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of Air Freight & Sea Freight operations
- 1–3 years of logistics sales experience preferred or strong ops background with ambition to switch into sales
- Strong negotiation skills (English required, Arabic a bonus)
- Valid UAE driving license
- Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales
- Familiarity with customs clearance processes, Incoterms, and international trade documentation
- Comfort working with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic reporting
- Valid UAE work eligibility and willingness to travel locally

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding role based in Dubai, covering all Emirates and GCC.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding across air, sea, road, and project cargo services.
- Managing the full sales cycle, preparing and presenting quotations, negotiating rates and contracts, and closing deals.
- Cold calling, tele sales, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, maintain accurate sales reports.
- Represent the company at industry events or client meetings as required.
- Hunt for new B2B clients across the UAE and grow customer base.
- Work closely with pricing & operations to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of Air Freight & Sea Freight operations (UAE trucking/land transport market a plus).
- 1–3 years of logistics sales experience preferred — or a strong ops background and ambition to switch into sales.
- Strong negotiation skills (English required, Arabic a bonus).
- Valid UAE driving license.
