WAS Shipping LLC is seeking an ambitious Sales Executive for freight forwarding in Dubai. The role involves generating new business, developing customer relationships, preparing quotations, and achieving monthly sales targets.

- Identify and acquire new customers across the UAE

- Prepare quotations and negotiate rates
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI tools for prospecting
- Prepare weekly pipeline and monthly sales reports
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of freight forwarding sales experience in the UAE
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of ocean, air and land freight
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Job Summary

Compensation
- Basic Salary: AED 8,000–12,000 per month (depending on experience).
- New Customer Commission: 5% of Gross Profit.
- Existing Customer Growth Commission: 2% of Gross Profit.
- Quarterly performance bonus based on revenue, gross profit, customer retention and collections.
