Job Summary

  • We are looking for a motivated and results driven Business Development Officer to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth within the sports nutrition and fitness industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across gyms, fitness centers, sports clubs, wellness facilities, retail stores, and corporate accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product introductions, and partnership discussions with decision makers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the sports nutrition and fitness sector.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, activations, and campaigns.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback updates.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals professionally.
  • Support brand visibility through events, networking, and community engagement activities.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and after sales support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience in fitness, wellness, FMCG, or sports nutrition industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of UAE fitness and wellness market is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
