Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across gyms, fitness centers, sports clubs, wellness facilities, retail stores, and corporate accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct sales presentations, product introductions, and partnership discussions with decision makers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the sports nutrition and fitness sector
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, activations, and campaigns
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback updates
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals professionally
- Support brand visibility through events, networking, and community engagement activities
- Ensure excellent customer service and after sales support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Experience in fitness, wellness, FMCG, or sports nutrition industry is an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of UAE fitness and wellness market is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Job Summary
