About the Role
Mastic is hiring a Sales Executive to develop and grow sales within the HORECA sector in Qatar. The role requires 3 years of F&B sales experience and a valid Qatari driving license.

Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the Food & Beverage industry
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity, customer needs, and market trends
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations tailored to client requirements
- Coordinate with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management
Requirements
- Valid Qatari driving license
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage sales, specifically in supplying the HORECA sector
- Strong network and understanding of the local HORECA market in Qatar
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
