Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth of flour and feed products across multiple channels including van sales, government clients, tandoor bakeries, distribution networks, restaurants, and animal feed outlets.
The role requires strong market coverage, relationship management, and target achievement.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across all assigned channels.
- Identify and develop new customers including:
- Tandoor bakeries
- Restaurants & catering businesses
- Animal feed shops & farms
- Retail outlets and wholesalers
- Expand market penetration in assigned territory.
2. Van Sales Operations
- Manage daily van sales activities and route planning.
- Ensure timely delivery and collection of payments.
- Maintain proper stock levels in the van.
- Build strong relationships with regular customers.
- Handle government tenders and supply requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement departments for approvals and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and standards.
- Manage and support distributors in achieving sales targets.
- Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure product availability.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure visibility and branding.
- Develop strong relationships with tandoor operators and bakeries.
- Promote specialized flour products suitable for bread and roti production.
- Provide product knowledge and usage guidance.
- Acquire and manage restaurant and catering clients.
- Ensure consistent supply and customer satisfaction.
- Handle pricing negotiations and contracts.
7. Animal Feed Sales
- Promote feed products to farms, feed stores, and livestock businesses.
- Educate customers on product benefits and usage.
- Monitor competitor activity in the feed segment.
8. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
9. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track competitor pricing and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and client interactions.
- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience
- FMCG, Distribution, FMCG in UAE: 2 years (Required)
• UAE Driving License (Required)
- Willingness to travel:
