Join the sales team at **i Train Gym**, Al Ain’s premier fitness destination for women.
We are looking for a high-energy **Female Sales Executive** who is a natural closer and passionate about building a community.
You will be the face of the brand, responsible for converting inquiries into long-term members and driving the growth of our premium facility.
Key Responsibilities
- **Revenue Generation:** Proactively convert leads and inquiries into active memberships to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- **Member Consultation:** Conduct professional tours of the facility, presenting our "Train to Conquer" philosophy and membership tiers to prospective clients.
- **Lead Management:** Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from initial contact and follow-ups to closing and onboarding.
- **Retention & Loyalty:** Build strong, professional relationships with current members to ensure high satisfaction and referral rates.
- **Reporting:** Track daily sales activities and provide regular reports on conversion rates and pipeline performance.
Requirements
- **Experience:** A minimum of **3 years** of proven sales success within the **UAE market**.
- **Linguistic Skills:** Exceptional command of both **Arabic and English** (spoken and written).
- **Core Competencies:** Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-management skills.
- **Mindset:** Target-driven, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, premium environment.
- **Professionalism:** Excellent presentation skills and a genuine interest in the health and wellness industry.
