Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales activities and support the sales team in daily operations
- Communicate with clients regarding orders, follow-ups, and updates
- Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations and proposals
- Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer information, and transactions
- Track orders from placement to delivery and ensure timely execution
- Coordinate with production team to ensure work is completed as per client requirements and deadlines
- Monitor production progress and provide updates to clients and management
- Assist in planning and scheduling production activities when required
- Ensure all documentation (LPOs, invoices, delivery notes) is complete and properly filed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support
- Support in basic design or image editing tasks using Adobe Photoshop
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
