- Convert prospects into long term clients by closing leasing deals
- Manage the full sales cycle including client onboarding and agreement finalization
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track existing and new clients, and ensure timely follow up.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize conversions
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ proven sales experience in business centers, accounts, serviced offices, or real estate
- Strong communication, persuasion, and deal closing skills
- CRM experience and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Presentable, energetic, and highly goal oriented
- Willingness to occasionally commute between branches (if required)
