About the Role
The employer is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive with proven facility management industry experience to join its team in Qatar.
The role requires knowledge of Soft and Hard Services, strong communication skills, and a successful sales and business development track record.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the facility management sector.
- Promote and sell facility management solutions, including Soft and Hard Services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to support smooth service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of sales experience in facility management, covering Soft and Hard Services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Strong client relationship management abilities.
- Required qualifications and facility management industry knowledge.
- Qatar market experience is an advantage.
Salary and Benefits
- The salary is QAR 3,000 per month during the three-month probation period.
- The salary increases to QAR 5,000 per month after successful completion of probation.
- Additional benefits include a residence permit, company-provided car, and annual flight ticket.
