Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Build and manage relationships with key clients including retailers, cafés, airlines, and distributors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across local and international markets
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with brand direction and product availability
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline management
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives as the team grows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage, or consumer goods
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
- Strong network within retail, hospitality, and/or airline sectors in UAE and GCC
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with strong organisational and leadership skills
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus

- As we embark on an exciting rebranding journey, we are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts, build strong relationships, and expand our footprint across retail, hospitality, and airline partners.
Role Overview
- The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing company's sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and building long term partnerships.
- This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands on execution, with a strong understanding of FMCG sales in the UAE and wider GCC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and manage relationships with key clients, including retailers, cafés, airlines, and distributors.
