Job Purpose

The candidate is expected to build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients; negotiating deals and prices, while achieving target and KPI's.

The candidate will have defined KPI's including, volume, revenue and profit.

The candidate is also expected to provide market intelligence regarding competitive outfits and products, periodic forecasts, reviews and reports and ensure stock rotation as per company policy.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and study the position of the identified prospects in the industry
  • Achieve pre agreed sales gross profit targets
  • Research about different sales options and analysing them
  • Sell the company products by creating contacts and further making relationships with the prospects
  • Recommend solutions to any problems faced by the clients
  • Provide proper information, guidance and support to the clients hence enhancing the relationships
  • Recommend new opportunities in terms of product purchase and sales.
  • Study the current market trends for a product and identify improvements
  • Analyse the competition brand closely
  • To be able to work with a team and achieve the desired results
