Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and industry events
- Identify exhibitors participating in UAE and GCC exhibitions and convert them into qualified sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with marketing managers, procurement teams, event managers, and decision makers
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and prepare customized exhibition stand proposals
- Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to deliver winning proposals
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, quotations, and sales activities in CRM
- Develop repeat business and long term client relationships
Requirements
- 3–8 years of UAE sales experience in Exhibition Stand Design & Build, Event Production, Brand Activations, Trade Show Services, or Experiential Marketing
- Proven track record of Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, Proposal Submission, Revenue Generation, and Sales Closures
- Strong understanding of major UAE exhibition venues such as Dubai World Trade Centre, ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, Expo Centre Sharjah
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Experience using CRM and sales automation tools

Job Description
- On behalf of our client, OK Middle East, we are looking for a high performing sales professional with proven experience in exhibition stand sales, lead generation, and deal closure within the UAE market.
- We are currently looking for an experienced and driven Sales Executive with a proven track record in lead generation, business development, and sales closure within the exhibition stand industry.
Key Responsibilities
