HQMENA is hiring a Sales Executive for exhibition sales in Dubai, focusing on new business and sponsorship sales for crypto and Web3 events. The role involves outbound outreach, account management, and market intelligence.

Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and build a strong pipeline of potential sponsors, exhibitors, and partners
- Conduct outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, video meetings, in person meetings) to decision makers globally
- Present and pitch sponsorship packages, exhibition booths, speaking slots, side events, and other commercial opportunities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients across multiple event editions
- Understand clients’ marketing and business objectives and propose tailored packages / add ons
- Ensure sponsors are well prepared pre event and supported on site
- Track trends in crypto, Web3, blockchain, Bitcoin, Mining and fintech to identify new segments and sponsor categories
- Monitor competitor events and campaigns to refine value proposition and pricing
- Maintain accurate contact, pipeline, and deal data in CRM
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts in coordination with operations and finance teams
- Report weekly on pipeline, forecast, achieved revenue, and key activities
- Attend events and industry conferences to meet clients, generate leads, and strengthen relationships
Requirements
- 2 5 years of experience in B2B sales / business development, preferably in events & exhibitions, media & advertising, fintech / crypto / SaaS
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Comfortable selling to C level / senior decision makers across different regions and cultures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple deals and follow ups in parallel with strong attention to detail
- Confident using CRM tools and sales productivity tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Telegram, Discord)
- Genuine interest in crypto, Web3, or financial markets

Key Responsibilities
- New Business & Sponsorship Sales: Identify, research, and build a strong pipeline of potential sponsors, exhibitors, and partners (crypto exchanges, Venture Capital, Layer1/Layer2 chain, Web3 projects, liquidity providers, payment companies, tech vendors, etc.).
- Conduct outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, video meetings, in person meeting) to decision makers globally.
- Present and pitch sponsorship packages, exhibition booths, speaking slots, side events, and other commercial opportunities.
- Account Management & Upsell: Manage and grow relationships with existing clients across multiple event editions.
- Understand clients’ marketing and business objectives and propose tailored packages / add ons (bigger booths, branding upgrades, speaking, side events, VIP programs, etc.).
- Ensure sponsors are well prepared pre event (branding, booth, speaking schedule) and supported on site.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence: Track trends in crypto, Web3, blockchain, Bitcoin, Mining and fintech to identify new segments and sponsor categories.
- Monitor competitor events and campaigns to refine our value proposition and pricing.
