Job Description
Tecnicraft is a leading provider of rental solutions in the UAE, offering passenger buses, construction equipment, and logistics support to major infrastructure, oil & gas, and industrial projects.
We specialize in both owned fleet operations and cross-hired equipment services.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in rental services, strong client connections, and the ability to drive business growth across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business for **passenger bus rentals and construction equipment**
- Identify new clients in construction, oil & gas, transport, and industrial sectors
- Manage both **own fleet rentals and cross-hired equipment solutions**
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts
- **Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of equipment** in line with project requirements
- **Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection from clients**
- **Coordinate service and breakdown calls**, ensuring quick response and client satisfaction
- Liaise with operations and maintenance teams for smooth execution of services
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Engineering graduate
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in **equipment/bus rental or related industry**
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
Preferred Skills
- Existing client network in construction or transport sector
- Experience handling **fleet rentals / manpower transport services**
- Knowledge of ADNOC / government project requirements
