Responsibilities
- Receive inbound leads from parents actively looking for schools
- Qualify leads, present the right school, handle objections, and close on a trial visit
- Achieve enrollment targets (strong closers do 30+ enrollments per month)
Requirements
- Knowledge of UAE school market (British, IB, American, Indian curricula)
- Proven track record in closing real deals
- Fluent English; Arabic, Hindi or Russian is an advantage
- Based in Dubai
- High energy and ability to handle high volume

The role
- You receive inbound leads — parents actively looking for schools right now
- Qualify them, present the right school, handle objections, close them on a trial visit
- No cold calling. No chasing strangers
- A strong closer here does 30+ enrollments a month
Who we're looking for
- You know the UAE school market from working in it — British, IB, American, Indian curricula
- You've closed real deals, you know your conversion rate, and you don't panic when a parent pushes back
- Your English is fluent and clear. Arabic, Hindi or Russian on top is a real advantage
- High energy, high volume tolerance, fast feedback loop
- Based in Dubai
- Bonus: if you have kids in school here, you already speak the language of every parent you'll meet
Compensation
- Base during probation: 5,000 AED
- After 2 months hitting plan: 7,000 AED
- Bonus per enrollment based on monthly performance — up to 700 AED per deal, no cap
- A closer doing 30 enrollments takes home around 23,000 AED
