Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and qualify new B2B and B2C customers for DU Home Internet services (wireless & fiber).
  • Confidently explain plan features, demonstrate product value, and tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Ask the right questions, address objections, and secure subscriptions to exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Log all activities, calls, and emails in the CRM; keep records accurate and up to date.
  • Allocate and follow up on qualified leads, scheduling face to face meetings to progress them through the sales funnel.
