Responsibilities
- Conduct market promotion and business development activities to identify and acquire new customers
- Collect and maintain accurate customer information and update records in the company CRM system
- Register valid customer data and maintain customer databases
- Develop new customer accounts and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to company growth initiatives
- Implement sales strategies according to company requirements
- Submit daily work progress reports and activity updates through email or designated communication channels
- Coordinate and participate in weekly client meetings with business owners, managers, and decision makers to support business development efforts
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Conduct regular follow ups with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long term loyalty
- Assist in handling customer complaints and ensure proper follow up until resolution
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze customer needs and behaviors to identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or related industries
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience using CRM software is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and customer relationship skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
- Hardworking, self motivated, and results oriented
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
