Requirements

- 2 8 years of sales experience in lubricants or related industries
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of ERP systems preferred
- Proven track record in international sales and relationship management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Russian language required
- Willingness to travel internationally

Job Overview
- Sales Executive will drive international sales of lubricants, managing customer relationships across global markets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating sales, and expanding the company’s market share internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's presence in international markets.
- Sell lubricants to distributors, wholesalers, and corporate clients worldwide, primarily focusing on key regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal in UAE clients and international partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to close deals.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to coordinate product availability and delivery.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 8 years of sales experience in the lubricants or related industries.
- Professional in using Microsoft software – Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Proven Knowledge in use ERP System, preferably
- Proven track record in international sales and relationship management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the oil and lubricant industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
