The role requires 3-5+ years of sales experience in smart home or ELV technology, with a proven revenue track record and existing client network.

- Build a pipeline through developers, consultants, contractors, and interior designers

- Prepare technical commercial proposals and BOQs with engineering support
- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements

- Knowledge of ELV systems: KNX, CCTV, access control, structured cabling, DALI, AV

- We're looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive business development for our Home Automation and ELV systems portfolio including KNX, CCTV, access control, structured cabling, AV, DALI lighting control, and video intercoms.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify and close project opportunities across residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
