About the Role
The Sales Executive will support the B2B business for Dopamine Land Dubai.
The focus is on special events, group bookings, private experiences, and related customer relationships.
The role suits a proactive, customer-oriented person comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound B2B sales inquiries for Dopamine Land Dubai.
- Handle customer calls and emails from initial contact through booking confirmation.
- Close deals for group visits, birthday celebrations, and private events.
- Provide personalised customer care that reflects Fever’s service standards.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback and share improvement insights with management.
- Support reporting and structure key performance metrics for the Fever for Business channel.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to align communications and optimise visitor satisfaction.
