Job Purpose

  • The primary purpose of the Lotus Sales Executive is to drive the sales of Lotus vehicles by delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects the brand's heritage, innovation, and high performance DNA.
  • The role focuses on building long term customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and representing the Lotus brand with professionalism, passion, and product expertise.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Lotus vehicles in line with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
  • Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, events, and prospecting activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives, highlighting Lotus' performance, technology, and heritage.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate sales, and successfully close deals while ensuring a premium customer experience.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Aftersales, Marketing, and Vehicle Preparation teams to ensure seamless vehicle delivery.
  • Conduct premium vehicle handovers, ensuring customers are fully familiar with vehicle features, technology, and ownership benefits.
  • Stay up to date with Lotus products, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Represent the Lotus brand at showroom events, product launches, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Has 3–5 years of experience in luxury or high performance automotive sales, or a proven sales background in luxury retail or premium hospitality.
  • Is exceptionally well presented and confident, engaging with premium clientele.
  • Has a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excels at building long term customer relationships.
  • Is passionate about delivering a world class customer experience.
  • Holds a valid UAE driving licence.
