- Build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients through WhatsApp, phone, email, CRM, and website
- Support administrative activities, reporting, and documentation
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the yacht industry, or with hospitality, tourism, luxury services, or events
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Strong sales, networking, and relationship building skills
