About the Role
TIM AEROTRADING DWC LLC seeks a Sales Executive to develop business opportunities in aviation aftermarket sales. The role involves sourcing aircraft spare parts, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and managing the sales cycle.

Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities with airlines, MROs, aircraft operators, leasing companies, brokers, and aviation distributors worldwide
- Build and maintain long term relationships with existing customers while actively identifying new prospects
- Receive, review, and respond promptly to customer RFQs
- Source aircraft spare parts through approved suppliers and strategic partners to obtain competitive pricing and availability
- Prepare accurate quotations for rotables, expendables, consumables, avionics, engine components, and other aircraft parts
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, delivery schedules, and payment conditions with customers and suppliers
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to order confirmation and after sales support
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, quotations, and opportunities within the CRM system
- Monitor aviation market trends, inventory availability, pricing movements, and competitor activities
- Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, aviation exhibitions, and industry networking events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Aviation Management, Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft spare parts sales, aviation trading, aerospace distribution, or aviation aftermarket sales
- Strong knowledge of aircraft components including rotables, expendables, consumables, avionics, engine components, airframe components, APU components
- Understanding of aircraft documentation including FAA Form 8130 3, EASA Form 1, Certificate of Conformity (CoC), and traceability documentation
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages an advantage

Qualifications

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to work in a fast paced international environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
