Job Summary
- We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and target driven Female Sales Executive to join our growing team in the UAE.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, sellers, investors, and existing clients.
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to potential customers.
- Conduct client meetings, property viewings, presentations, and consultations.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert qualified leads into successful property sales or leasing transactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in the UAE (real estate experience is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship building abilities.
- Self motivated, confident, and result oriented.
