Job Summary

  • We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and target driven Female Sales Executive to join our growing team in the UAE.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, sellers, investors, and existing clients.
  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to potential customers.
  • Conduct client meetings, property viewings, presentations, and consultations.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert qualified leads into successful property sales or leasing transactions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities.
  • Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in the UAE (real estate experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship building abilities.
  • Self motivated, confident, and result oriented.
  • UAE driving license is an advantage.
