The right person genuinely enjoys cars, takes pride in the service they're selling, and understands that one happy customer in this city can bring five more.
If you're the type who remembers a customer's car spec from a conversation three months ago, you'll do exceptionally well here.
Handle all inbound leads from WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, website enquiries, and phone respond within 15 minutes during business hours
Qualify leads, understand their vehicle and service needs, and convert enquiries into booked appointments
Send quotations and follow up persistently minimum 5 touchpoints across 7 days before marking a lead as closed
Manage and update the CRM daily log every call, message, and outcome accurately
Re-engage existing customers with periodic check-ins, service reminders, seasonal promotions, and referral incentives
Coordinate with the workshop team to confirm appointment slots and relay accurate timelines to customers
Gather feedback and reviews post-service actively request Google and Instagram testimonials
Track your own lead-to-booking conversion rate and report weekly to management
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
