We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Executive with strong expertise in ELV systems, lighting solutions, and home automation to join our growing team in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycleβ€”from lead generation to deal closureβ€”while delivering customized smart home and lighting solutions to clients.

1. Lead Generation & Business Development

Actively follow up on company-provided leads and convert them into confirmed sales opportunities

Independently generate new leads through multiple channels including social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), referrals, networking, and site visits

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the ELV, lighting, and home automation market in the UAE

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients including contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users

Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements and promote solutions

2. Solution Selling & Technical Proposal Support

Analyze client requirements and propose customized ELV, smart home, and lighting solutions based on project needs

Prepare and present basic lighting design concepts, including layout planning, fixture selection, and ambiance recommendations

Recommend suitable products and systems such as CCTV, access control, intercom, lighting control, and automation systems

Conduct product demonstrations (online and on-site) explaining technical features, benefits, and value-added solutions

Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and feasibility before quotation submission

3. Sales Target Management & Order Processing

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management

Prepare accurate and professional quotations, proposals, and sales orders in line with client requirements

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to successfully close deals

Ensure consistent follow-up on all active opportunities until final conversion

Maintain proper documentation of sales activities and project progress

4. Client Relationship Management & After-Sales Support

Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and project updates

Provide effective after-sales support in coordination with technical and operations teams

Ensure timely resolution of client issues to maintain high customer satisfaction levels

Build trust and credibility with consultants, contractors, and end-users

5. Market Research, CRM & Reporting

Monitor UAE market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in ELV, lighting, and automation sectors

Identify opportunities for business expansion based on market insights

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems for all leads, clients, and projects

Prepare regular sales reports including pipeline status, forecasts, and achieved targets

Share feedback from the market with management to support strategic decision-making

Requirements

2–3+ years of UAE experience in ELV systems, lighting solutions, or home automation sales

Strong knowledge of low current systems (CCTV, access control, lighting control, smart home solutions, etc.)

Candidates with ELV systems experience will be given strong preference

Proven track record in B2B sales with contractors, consultants, and clients

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

UAE driving license preferred

Ability to work under targets and pressure
