Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell products and services
- Contact potential customer leads and retail customers throughout Kuwait
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the specified timeline
- Analyze the territory and market potential, track sales and status reports
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services
- Suggest upgrades or additional products and services that may interest clients
- Review client feedback and implement necessary changes
- Stay updated on market trends to ensure our offerings remain relevant
- Successfully generate business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Receive & Deliver collection checks to various banks and obtain acknowledgments
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- A valid driver's license required
