Job Summary

  • We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Sales Executive to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, presenting products/services, and closing sales to achieve business targets.
  • This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, meetings, and digital channels.
  • Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or Customer Service (sales focused roles preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Target driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Experience in outbound sales or call center sales is an advantage.
  • Self motivated, energetic, and results oriented.
