- Previous experience in sales, admissions, telesales, education sales, beauty academy sales, clinic sales, or training institute sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Fluent English is required
- Target driven and comfortable working with monthly sales goals
- Basic computer skills and experience using CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets

Role Summary
- The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospective students, explaining EBH Academy courses, converting inquiries into enrollments, and supporting students through the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact new leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels.
- Explain EBH Academy courses, certifications, schedules, pricing, payment plans, and admission requirements.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed student enrollments.
- Follow up consistently with warm, cold, and pending leads.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow up notes, and conversion status in CRM or tracking sheets.
- Handle walk in students and provide professional academy consultations.
- Understand each student’s background, goals, and career interests, then recommend suitable courses.
- Coordinate with trainers, admin, and management regarding batches, course availability, schedules, and student onboarding.
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
- Support marketing campaigns by giving feedback on lead quality, common objections, and student interests.
- Build positive relationships with students before and after enrollment to encourage referrals.
- Maintain a professional, premium, and trustworthy image of EBH Academy at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, admissions, telesales, education sales, beauty academy sales, clinic sales, or training institute sales.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Confident in handling calls, WhatsApp follow ups, and face to face consultations.
- Ability to explain courses clearly and close sales professionally.
- Target driven and comfortable working with monthly sales goals.
- Good follow up discipline and attention to detail.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Knowledge of beauty, aesthetics, wellness, skincare, or training courses is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and experience using CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets.
