- Follow up with assigned leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Recommend suitable Umrah packages based on customer needs and budget
- Explain package details, visa requirements, flights, hotels, and transportation
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build long term customer relationships and generate referrals
Requirements
- Malayalam, Tamil, or Telugu speakers
- Experience in the Umrah, Hajj, or travel industry is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi/Urdu
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience
- Self motivated, target oriented, and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Candidates must already have a valid UAE residence visa

Overview
- Al Umrah by Travellant is a growing UAE based travel company specializing in Umrah packages, visas, airline tickets, hotels, and travel services. We are looking for motivated and target driven Sales Representatives to join our Dubai office.

- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, CRM, and social media.

- Explain package details, visa requirements, flights, hotels, and transportation.
