Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within workshops, spare parts retailers, fleet operators, and trading companies.
- Conduct regular customer visits to promote the company's product range and services.
- Present product offerings, pricing, availability, and technical advantages to customers.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Negotiate commercial terms and secure new business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular sales and market feedback reports to management.
- Support the accounts team in payment collection and customer account follow up when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in automotive spare parts, lubricants, batteries, filters, or related automotive products.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE automotive aftermarket.
- Arabic language is mandatory.
- Proficient in English (verbal and written).
- UAE driving license is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
