Sales Executives — Forex & Crypto Trading (English and Malayalam Speaker)

About the Role:-

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales executives with 1-3 years of experience in the Forex and Crypto trading industry.

This role will focus heavily on new client acquisition, managing and growing a quality client base, and building solid relationships within the retail and institutional trading market.

-Drive new client acquisition by actively sourcing, qualifying, and closing high-potential clients for forex, crypto, and CFD trading.

-Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.

-Develop customized sales pitches and presentations aligned with client trading needs.

-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, trading platforms, and competitor offerings.

-Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.

-Build strong, long-term relationships with newly onboarded clients to encourage trading activity and retention.

-Ensure strict adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.

-1-3 years of proven sales experience in the Forex, Crypto, or online trading industry.

-Strong background in new client acquisition, lead generation, and conversion.

-Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

-Knowledge of forex and crypto trading products, platforms, and market operations.

-Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

-Fluency in English and Malayalam language is a must.
