Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for video production, social media management, and content services
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients across real estate, hospitality, corporate, and events sectors
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and pricing packages to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Represent InkSpill Production at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate closely with production and content teams to ensure client expectations translate into deliverable scopes
- Keep up to date with Dubai's media production market, competitor offerings, and pricing trends
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline status, and client communications
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience within a media production, advertising, or creative agency environment
- Solid understanding of video production, social media, and content marketing services
- Existing network of contacts or clients within Dubai's business, real estate, or events sectors is highly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self motivated with ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
- UAE driving license preferred
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
