Role Overview

  • We are looking for a sharp, self driven Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to closed deal.
  • You will be our boots on the ground in Dubai, hunting new business across key UAE industries, positioning Odoo ERP and custom software as the solution to real operational pain.
  • This is a frontline revenue role. You will be expected to hustle, build a pipeline from scratch, and convert prospects into long term clients.

Pipeline & Prospecting

  • Own outbound prospecting cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of SME and mid market prospects across Dubai/UAE.
  • Identify decision makers (CEOs, CFOs, Operations Directors, IT Heads) and engage directly.
  • Leverage your existing UAE business network to generate early opportunities.

Sales Execution

  • Conduct discovery calls and on site/virtual demos for Odoo ERP and custom software.
  • Understand client pain points and map them to Savvy's product and service offerings.
  • Prepare and present proposals, ROI cases, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Negotiate and close deals with full accountability for revenue targets.

Client & Market Development

  • Build relationships with prospects in Manufacturing, Real Estate & Construction, Retail & Distribution, and Professional Services.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetups in the UAE.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM pipeline stages, notes, follow ups, forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to scope requirements and finalize proposals.

Must Have Requirements

  • 3–4 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE IT, ERP, SaaS, or software preferred.
  • Proven track record of closing deals not just generating leads.
  • Existing network of UAE business owners, decision makers, or industry contacts.
  • Strong outbound sales skills cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Based in Dubai.
  • UAE driving licence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior exposure to ERP products (Odoo).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Understanding of manufacturing, real estate, or trading sector operations in UAE.
  • Experience selling to SMEs in the UAE/GCC market.
