Core Responsibilities
- **Lead Management:** Conduct daily outbound calls to pre-qualified company leads to secure showroom appointments.
- **Consultative Selling:** Greet walk-in guests, identify their specific requirements, and showcase our range of premium vehicles and services.
- **End-to-End Ownership:** Oversee the entire sales cycle, from the initial point of contact to the final handover.
- **Value Enhancement:** Educate customers on available upgrades and add-on services to maximize every deal.
- **Retention:** Build and sustain a loyal client base to encourage repeat sales and word-of-mouth referrals.
- **Reporting:** Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage your pipeline, and document performance metrics.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage consistent follow-ups and lead nurturing.
- A collaborative, "can-do" attitude that contributes to a positive team culture.
- **Language:** Professional fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Hindi or Arabic is highly preferred.
