1.

Quotation preparation:

Utilize our system software and excel to prepare quotations accurately by referring our catalogue based on customer inquiries.

Process LPOs (Local Purchase Order) efficiently and coordinate with stores for timely delivery.

Monitor all upcoming shipments to ensure timely delivery of pending orders to clients.

Collaborate with the logistics department to place orders for special items from suppliers as needed.

5.

Documentation management:

Maintain a quotation register to maintain all quotations issued.

Keep organized files of pending LPOs for easy reference and follow up.

6.

Client commutation:

Engage with clients to address their inquiries and provide technical assistance as required.

7.

Showroom assistance:

Assist showroom customers by providing quotations and addressing their queries promptly.

8.

Email Communication: Demonstrate proficiency in email communication with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and follow up on quotations.

9.

Customer service orientation: Maintain a customer-centric approach in all email communications, focusing on addressing client needs and providing excellent service.

10.

Time management:

Prioritize all tasks effectively to meet deadlines for quotation submissions and client communication.
