Role Description

  • Identify and onboard new restaurant partners.
  • Nurture relationships with existing partners and ensure they are maximizing the value of EatEasy’s platform.
  • Prospect and generate leads, conduct sales meetings and negotiations.
  • Prepare and present proposals, manage contract closures.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and ongoing performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales metrics to help drive revenue growth and improve partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building abilities with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in the food delivery, F&B, or tech platform industry in the UAE is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, use CRM tools, and prepare accurate reports and forecasts.
  • Comfort working in a fast paced, target driven environment with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Valid eligibility to work on site in Dubai and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
