Responsibilities
- Sell new and used smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, laptops, and mobile accessories.
- Assist customers in choosing the right products based on their needs and budget.
- Buy used mobile phones by inspecting their physical condition, functionality, and market value.
- Handle trade in transactions and explain exchange offers to customers.
- Promote financing options such as Tabby, Tamara, and other available payment solutions.
- Generate quotations and process sales through the POS system.
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist with inventory management.
- Ensure products are displayed neatly and the showroom is clean and welcoming.
- Coordinate with the service team regarding repair inquiries and customer follow ups.
- Build long term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a mobile phone retail store in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Google Pixel, Honor, OnePlus, and other leading smartphone brands.
- Experience evaluating and pricing used smartphones is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of smartphone specifications, accessories, and current market prices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems, invoicing, and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment.
- English is required. Hindi, Malayalam, Arabic, Tamil, or Urdu is an advantage.
- Must be currently available in the UAE.
