Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
- Identify and prospect new clients in the food service industry, including restaurants, cafes, hotels, and catering businesses
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of food products
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, ensuring profitability for the company
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative documents accurately and in a timely manner
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network and promote the brand
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 1 2 years of experience in frozen foodstuff only
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
