Responsibilities
- Promote and sell agricultural products, fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, irrigation solutions, and pest control products
- Develop and maintain relationships with pest control companies, agricultural farms, landscaping companies, municipalities, distributors, and other key customers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure excellent after sales service
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Plant Protection, Pest Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in agricultural, pesticide, or pest control product sales
- Strong knowledge of agricultural chemicals, public health pesticides, fertilizers, and related products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
