Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase hotel revenue
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and government accounts
- Promote hotel rooms, banquet halls, meeting rooms, restaurants, and other hotel services
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel presentations
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, quotations, and corporate rate agreements
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management
- Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, Banquet, and Operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and sales exhibitions to promote the hotel
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve client concerns professionally
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in hotel sales and hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management system
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
