Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase hotel revenue.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and government accounts.
  • Promote hotel rooms, banquet halls, meeting rooms, restaurants, and other hotel services.
  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel presentations.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, quotations, and corporate rate agreements.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Coordinate with the Reservations, Front Office, Banquet, and Operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and sales exhibitions to promote the hotel.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve client concerns professionally.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in hotel sales and hospitality is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management system.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Will be working in Excelsior Hotel Downtown.
