About the Role
BYYD, a mobile DSP platform, is seeking a Sales Manager to join their Dubai team. The role involves searching for new clients, building relationships with large clients, increasing sales, and managing the sales department.

Responsibilities
- Search for new clients to advertise on the BYYD mobile advertising platform
- Build relationships with large clients at all stages of work
- Increase sales by improving the structure of the sales department, strategy and tools
- Manage the sales department, set tasks
- Reporting and implementation of plans and KPIs of the entire department
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales is required
- Knowledge of the advertising market
- English language proficiency (C1 level)
- Successful experience in advertising sales, preferably digital advertising
- Ability to conduct presentations and negotiations at top management level
- Implementation of a monthly individual plan

About BYYD

Main Tasks
- Search for new clients to advertise on the BYYD mobile advertising platform;
- Building relationships with large clients at all stages of work;
- Increasing sales by improving the structure of the sales department, strategy and tools;
- Managing the sales department, setting tasks;
- Reporting and implementation of plans and KPIs of the entire department.
Key Skills
- Experience in B2B sales is required;
- Knowledge of the advertising market;
- Identification of the client's needs, conducting negotiations;
- Expansion of the customer base (cold calls, access to decision makers), interaction with existing customers (maintaining partnerships);
- The ability to present the product and introduce the client to all the features of our platform;
- Interaction with technical experts in the preparation and implementation of projects.
Key Skills of a Successful Candidate
- Successful experience in advertising sales, a big plus will be having experience in digital advertising;
- English language proficiency (C1 level);
- Implementation of a monthly individual plan;
- Determination, developed communication skills, motivation for development;
- The ability to conduct presentations and negotiations at the level of top officials of the largest companies;
- Working in digital marketing will be an advantage.
