About the Role

Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing customers via phone, email, or in person to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Provide detailed information about our products and services
- Process customer orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Build and maintain strong, long term customer relationships
- Actively pursue new leads, including outbound calls and follow up emails
- Recommend upselling and cross selling opportunities
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide top tier customer service
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and performance reports
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and logistics
- Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitors
Requirements
- Proven experience in indoor sales or customer service (1 3 years preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Goal oriented with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive, self motivated attitude and a passion for sales
- English language proficiency
