About the Role
ExaCranes seeks a high-energy Sales Executive to expand market share in heavy construction equipment rental and sales. You will drive revenue by securing new contracts for tower cranes, hoists, and cradles, while building long-term relationships with contractors across the UAE.

Responsibilities
- Identify and visit active construction sites to pitch rental and sales solutions
- Secure contracts for Tower Cranes, Hoists, and Cradles
- Sell the complete lifecycle, including erection, dismantling, and maintenance services
- Maintain strong relationships with existing contracting companies and consultants
- Monitor upcoming mega projects and competitor pricing in the UAE
Requirements
- Bachelors or Diploma in Engineering/Business
- Minimum 1 2 years of outdoor sales experience in the UAE construction sector
- Direct experience sales or renting lifting equipment (Cranes, Hoists, Cradles, or Scaffolding) is highly preferred
- Existing relationships with UAE main contractors and procurement managers
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Fluent English is required
- Arabic or Hindi is a strong plus

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities
- Generate Leads: Identify and visit active construction sites to pitch rental and sales solutions.
- Close Deals: Secure contracts for Tower Cranes, Hoists, and Cradles.
- Promote Services: Sell the complete lifecycle, including erection, dismantling, and maintenance services.
- Client Retention: Maintain strong relationships with existing contracting companies and consultants.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor upcoming mega projects and competitor pricing in the UAE.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelors or Diploma in Engineering/Business.
- Experience: Minimum 1 2 years of outdoor sales experience in the UAE construction sector.
- Product Knowledge: Direct experience sales or renting lifting equipment (Cranes, Hoists, Cradles, or Scaffolding) is highly preferred.
