First Key Business Services is a growing business setup and corporate services company in Dubai, helping entrepreneurs and companies with company formation, PRO services, visas, banking assistance, and business support solutions across the UAE.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Promote company formation and business setup services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM/sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations and market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- 1–3 years of sales experience in UAE (business setup, banking, insurance, telecom, or service industry preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
