Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing client accounts, and promote Caremate Hygiene’s range of cleaning chemicals and hygiene products to organizations in target sectors.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing and delivering product presentations, and responding to customer inquiries and requests for quotations.

The role involves negotiating pricing and contract terms, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate sales records and forecasts in line with company processes.

The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams such as operations and customer service to ensure timely deliveries, strong after-sales support, and long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with effective negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge or experience in hygiene products, industrial supplies, or related sectors (healthcare, education, food, pharma, industrial) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Comfort working on-site with frequent client visits across Dubai and the wider UAE.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in quotations, contracts, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in basic office and CRM software to manage pipelines, accounts, and documentation.
  • Previous experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in B2B environments; a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree is beneficial.
