Role Description

  • The Sales Executive is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on site meetings and work from home activities.
  • This role involves identifying and engaging potential partners, sponsors, training providers, and industry stakeholders to grow community offerings and revenue.
  • The Sales Executive will manage lead generation, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and digital platforms, arrange and attend meetings, and present community services and partnership packages.
  • Day to day responsibilities include maintaining a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal team members for content or campaigns, and tracking performance against targets.
  • The role also includes supporting promotional activities for events, training programs, and memberships, ensuring professional communication and strong relationship management with existing and prospective partners.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in client relationship building, stakeholder management, and professional networking within or related to the MEP, engineering, or construction sectors.
  • Candidates should possess skills in sales prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing deals for partnership, sponsorship, or service agreements.
  • Candidates should possess skills in communication, including clear spoken and written English, presentation skills, and the ability to explain value propositions and pricing structures.
  • Candidates should possess skills in basic sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and the use of digital tools such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
  • Candidates should possess skills in digital awareness, including familiarity with social media, WhatsApp communities, and online professional platforms to support outreach and engagement.
  • Relevant qualifications include prior experience in sales or business development (preferably in B2B or professional services), strong organizational and time management abilities, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.
  • A background in engineering, construction, or MEP related fields, and fluency in additional regional languages, are advantageous but not mandatory.
