Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Cards and Loans to individual customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Approach potential customers through outdoor activities, cold calls and referrals
- Provide detailed information on product features, benefits and eligibility criteria
- Collect and verify customer documents as per compliance requirements
- Maintain strong product and market knowledge
- Build and sustain good customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business
- Submit daily activity reports to the Team Leader/Manager
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: High school or bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales attitude and target driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE
- Prior experience in banking sales is an added advantage

Job Overview
- We are looking for enthusiastic and self driven Business Development Executives to join our growing Banking sales team in Dubai.
